What are the power requirements for your items?

We require one 13 amp power socket (standard household plug) for each Bouncy Castle / Inflatable and must be within 25 meters. For party packages with music and disco lights we require a minimum of 2 13 amp power sockets within 10 meters of the preferred setup location.

Is your electrical equipment PAT tested?

Yes, all our electrical equipment is either PAT tested annually or, less than 12 months old from purchase with the manufacturers guarantee. All electrical equipment is also inspected on setup.

Can we collect our bouncy castle, soft play or inflatable from you instead?

Sorry no, for insurance reasons we are required to set up each and every bouncy castle or inflatable.

Do your castles have rain or sun covers?

Yes, most of our bouncy castles / inflatables have shower / sun covers. They are only effective in light rain or showers.

Can I Cancel my booking?

Yes, Cancelations made upon arrival will be charged in full at the agreed hire rate. We ask that cancellations are conducted as early as possible to prevent future requests being declined.

My garden is on a slope can I still hire a bouncy castle?

This depends on the slope. If its is just a small gradient then yes but, the front opening of the bouncy castle / inflatable has to be at the top of the slope. If you are unsure please contact us. We can come and check for a small charge to prevent disappointment on the day.

Can I hire bouncy castles or products overnight?

No, we do not currently offer over night hire on bouncy castles hires.

How long will it take to set up and take away the bouncy castle?

Setting up and taking away a bouncy castle both take around 30 / 45 minutes depending on the location or venue.

Can I use a bouncy castle in the rain?

For safety reasons we advise that you wait until the rain passes. Once the rain has stopped dry the bouncy castle with a clean towel.

Do the bouncy castle’s come manned?

Not as standard, however, we can supervise the bouncy castle if required for an additional fee, please contact us for more information.

How much space do I need for the bouncy castle?

Sizes stated on our site are base measurements. You will need some extra space around the bouncy castle to accommodate the fan and anchor points. Please contact us to discuss your requirements to ensure your venue has adequate space for your chosen unit to fit safely.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is free within Plymouth (10 mile radius from our base). We do deliver further for a small fee, please contact us to discuss.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times will be arranged during the booking process and confirmed the night before.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location for our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location. If you are unsure that the location of the castle will be suitable we can do a pre-booking inspection. There is a small fee of £20 for this.

Are prices fixed?

You will find all of our prices listed on our website with each product or package. Please Note: There may be a small surcharge for fuel and travel time if your event is more than 10 miles from our base. Unfortunately we do not price match with other entertainers or companies in the local area as we are all different in ability & quality of service and believe our prices represent the quality of service we provide.

Multi hires for the same day can be discussed by contacting us.

Do you provide the venue for the bouncy castle or party package?

No, we will come to any venue that you have hired or private residential address. We will not set up our equipment in communal gardens.
